Our 1460 student body attains test scores that place us among the highest performing
schools in the Hudson Valley. Our students achieve above the state averages on all
tests mandated by the State of New York.
There are a wide range of program and services to meet the needs of all children.
The district is composed of three public schools:
- Grades K-4 Elementary School is located in the village of Pawling
- Grades 5-8 Middle School located on Reservoir Road
- Grades 9-12 High School also located on Reservoir Road
Graduates from our high school attend prestigious colleges throughout the United
States. Advanced placement courses in various subjects and college level courses
offered through Syracuse University provide opportunities for advanced study. Athletic
programs include football, boys and girls basketball, field hockey, ice hockey,
volley ball, track and field, cross county, wrestling, boys and girls soccer, softball,
and baseball. Students are encouraged to participate in the many clubs and extra
curricular activities including drama productions, musicals and peer leadership.
